7 Day Photography Challenge-Day One-Gratitude

So here’s my photo for day one of the “7 Day Photography Challenge”. I took it with my little pocket digital camera. It’s the view out of my office window. What I was focusing on was the great view out my window that I am greatful for each day.

So today’s photo for me was about “gratitude” What are you grateful for in your life? That would be a great thing to be “aware” of and photograph in your life. Could it be possible that if we look for the things in our life that we are grateful for, take photographs of them as reminders AND look at them on a frequent basis….that those things would show up more in our life? Hmmm…something to think about.

If we did that,we would be concentrating on the positive things, rather than the negative things. Why it might even help us a have a better day, a better week and a better life. All from just taking some photographs each day?

This is a photography journey. Please come along. We’re going to take at least 7 photographs per day, for the next 7 days. It will help you get more familiar with your camera, reduce stress in your life AND take some fun photographs to share with friends.

I’m starting the journey here. Pick up your camera, get it charged or get new batteries, find the download cord to transfer them into your computer and START NOW. Tomorrow I’ll be photographing WHO some of the people are in my life that I am grateful for.

Please post your comments at the bottom of the page. I want to hear about your journey.

Here’s a video about choosing a camera in case you want to update your camera.
